Corporate Leadership
Patricia A. Kotze, President and CEO
Ms. Kotze is an experienced Investigator and has extensive HR-related investigative experience in sexual harassment, discrimination, diversity, substance abuse, violence in the workplace, fraud/embezzlement, and all forms of white-collar crime. With over 30 years of experience, she has assisted many employers, from Fortune 1000 corporations to mid-cap and small companies in over 46 states, Canada and Mexico. Industries served include aerospace, automotive, healthcare, pharmaceutical, electronics, computer technology, newspaper, transportation, agriculture, steel, forestry, food manufacturing/processing, legal, municipalities, non-profit organizations, and all facets of manufacturing and warehouse distribution.
Prior to forming Diversified Risk Management, she served as Senior Vice President, Director, and Manager of Corporate Investigations for three national investigation firms.

History
Diversified Risk Management, Inc. was established in July 2002 by co-founders Patricia A. Kotze and George J. Ramos, Jr.
The executive management team has operated in 43 U.S. States, North America and abroad. Evidence-based investigative interviews are DRM, Inc.’s hallmark. Shortly after establishing its corporate investigative services division in 2002, DRM, Inc. introduced a new division providing employment background screening services, drug testing and pre-employment physicals.
In 2005, DRM, Inc. merged with Allied Management Resources, Inc., a boutique corporate investigation and security consulting firm established in 1996 by Kent Perkins. Kotze, Perkins, and Ramos had worked together previously at Confidential Management Services, Inc. in the early 1980’s. The firm acquired Kent Perkins’s stock upon his retirement; he remains associated, however, as a consultant.
