CLERICAL POSITION
Job Duties
- Answering incoming lines
- Direct callers and take messages using a multi-line telephone console
- Greet clients
- Vendors and visitors
- Open and close the reception area
- Order office supplies
- Assist telephone related problems
- Schedule appointments
- Schedule travel accommodations
- Type correspondences, memos forms, and other documents
- Assist Administrator, secretarial and staff with administrative duties.
- Assist with all recruiting needs
- Assist with minor accounting needs
Job Requirements
- Be punctual
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to compose, type and edit routine office correspondence, memos, and forms
- Word Processing at least 35 wpm
- Proficiency of Microsoft Word
- Ability to proofread material for grammatical, typographical, and spelling errors
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks
- Ability to interact well with all levels of staff
- A self-starter and team player
- Takes initiative
- Able to multi-task
- Must pass a pre-employment background screening
