CLERICAL POSITION

Job Duties

  • Answering incoming lines
  • Direct callers and take messages using a multi-line telephone console
  • Greet clients
  • Vendors and visitors
  • Open and close the reception area
  • Order office supplies
  • Assist telephone related problems
  • Schedule appointments
  • Schedule travel accommodations
  • Type correspondences, memos forms, and other documents
  • Assist Administrator, secretarial and staff with administrative duties.
  • Assist with all recruiting needs
  • Assist with minor accounting needs

Job Requirements

  • Be punctual
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to compose, type and edit routine office correspondence, memos, and forms
  • Word Processing at least 35 wpm
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Word
  • Ability to proofread material for grammatical, typographical, and spelling errors
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks
  • Ability to interact well with all levels of staff
  • A self-starter and team player
  • Takes initiative
  • Able to multi-task
  • Must pass a pre-employment background screening
