Director of Strategic Growth & Business Development

 DESCRIPTION
1. Identify procurement opportunities and complete all necessary forms re: RFP's & RFQ's (online/off-line)
2. Make outbound calls to existing clients and prospects
3. Make introduction calls to prospective association, and chamber members to introduce training services
4. Send out emails/introduction letter for training services/back ground screening services to clients and prospects
5. Submit press releases
6. Prepare, send and follow-up with training proposals
7. Respond to all inquires for training/educational services
8. Contribute to maintaining MS Outlook database of prospects/clients
9. Manage the DRM (Intelligent Information) quarterly newsletter (with GJR-JL Webmasters guidance)
10.Prospecting on the phone and in-person for new sales opportunities, cold calling and planning sales activities (chamber and networking events)
11.Expand company presence to existing customer base by up selling educational services and background screening services
12.Work with C-level and departmental level client contacts to position and sell background and educational services.
13.Growing the consultative and educational services
14.Respond to call client calls/email inquires in a timely manner
15.Retainers and/or contracts must be received before commencing all work
16.Work independently, under limited direct supervision.
17.Help identify and create innovative effective marketing campaigns as it relates to CTG and ECO services.
18.Responsible for promoting and up-selling ECO and CTG services
19.Develop and recommend enhancements to existing processes and marketing materials.
20.Promote and sell Strategic Partner services and products
21.Assist in managing/monitoring email announcements (blasts), website(s) and newsletter statistics
22.Attend trade shows and participate in company sponsored training programs (marketing & business development)

REQUIREMENTS
* 1-5 years sales experience in service related industry
* Ability to act independently and in a professional manner in all interactions.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience selling globally through prospecting, up calls and cold calling, utilizing webinars, online demos and Microsoft live meeting.
* Experience with SalesForce.com and/or other CRM Tools is a plus
* Pass a background screen and drug test.
* Prior experience within a customer service role a plus
* Prior experience working with HR Executives, Security Executives and C Level Decision Makers is a plus
* Relationships with HR Executives, Security Executives and C Level Decision Makers is helpful.
* Strong organizational skills and detailed orientated.
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong written and oral communications and organizational skills, highly motivated and professional.
* Successful experience selling B2B services at the C-level and departmental level.
* Maintain track record of achieving goals on a consistent basis

Undercover Investigator

Diversified Risk Management, Inc. is seeking qualified and responsible candidates who are not apprehensive of challenges and are self-starters. The candidates should be highly motivated, organized, and have strong communication and people skills. We offer above average starting pay for both experienced and entry-level investigators. Candidates must be able to work all shifts, holidays and weekends if necessary. Once hired, employees may be required to travel 3-5 months at a time either out-of-state or within the Los Angeles metropolitan area. An investigators (operatives) primary job responsibilities will entail that they covertly obtain and report important information of interest to their assigned investigation supervisor. The information is communicated both verbally and electronically using an assigned laptop computer on a daily basis. In circumstances involving serious criminal matters, operatives will be under the controlled supervision of local, state, or federal law enforcement authorities in the primary jurisdiction. Every investigation will present new challenges for operatives. As an intricate member of the investigative team, operatives will gain knowledge and experience in many facets of workplace theft, and narcotics investigations. Often times, during an investigation an operative will make hand-to-hand buys of controlled substances and stolen property. These unique opportunities take years to secure if one were working in the public sector for a major metropolitan Police or Sheriff’s department.

Field Surveillance Investigator

We are recruiting for detailed oriented, hard working investigator trainees and experienced investigators to join our surveillance team.

We are seeking full-time and part-time surveillance investigators for our Los Angeles office. The applicant must be goal oriented, computer literate, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in word processing and a strong understanding of MS Word is preferred.

Applicant must be willing to travel and must be able to work a flexible schedule.

A criminal justice degree, military or federal/law enforcement background is a plus, but is not required.

Applicant must have a reliable and appropriate surveillance vehicle for investigations. Company training and other equipment provided for assignments.

Successful candidates for our Field Surveillance Investigator position must meet the following requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to travel as necessary within the US, Mexico and Canada.
